How do you ensure the freshness of the produce during shipping?

We use eco-friendly, insulated packaging and biodegradable cooling packs to maintain optimal temperatures from our farm-partners to your doorstep.

Are all GREENIES products certified organic?

Yes, 100% of our produce is USDA Certified Organic. We vet every farm to ensure no synthetic pesticides or GMOs are used in the growing process.

What is your return policy for perishable items?

Due to the nature of fresh food, we cannot accept returns. However, if any item arrives damaged or below our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.

Where do you deliver and what are the shipping costs?

We currently deliver nationwide. Shipping is free on all orders over $50, while a flat rate of $8.99 applies to smaller orders.

Can I skip a week or cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription through your account dashboard at any time before your weekly billing cutoff (Sundays at 11:59 PM).
